At the beginning of 2015, we were in Frankfurt visiting Emi’s nephew Moni and his wife.
Back in Sofia, Joyce performed in a show organized by her school in January. In March, we traveled to Vienna for Joyce to audition, and then to London where she auditioned at the English National Ballet School and was subsequently accepted to study in the fall.
At the end of March, Carrie, Mica and Cami came to visit us in Bulgaria. From there we all flew to Vienna in early April, where we were joined by Ian and his family. We drove from Vienna to Prague, where we stayed a few days in a rented vacation house, and then drove down to visit the Townshend International School in Hluboká nad Vltavou, where Gregory and Mina would be enrolled in the fall.
In May, June and early July we were back and forth between Sofia and Krupnik and enjoyed visits from various friends. In June, Joyce had her last performance with her ballet school in Sofia. Greg and Emi paid a quick visit to our vacation apartment in Vlas on the Black Sea, and to Hluboká in the Czech Republic to arrange our move there later in the summer.
In July, we were in California for 2½ weeks, where we were joined by Carrie and her girls and Ian and his boys.
In August, we went to London and the Bahá’í summer school at Wellington College, packed up our Sofia apartment for shipment to the Czech Republic, and then traveled to Hluboká to receive the shipment and begin settling into our new home there, where Gregory and Mina started their studies at the Townshend International School. At the end of August, Greg and Joyce flew to London for the start of Joyce’s studies at the English National Ballet School and to settle her into her flat there. In September Emi and Greg switched places, with Emi and London and Greg in Hluboká.
In October, we were all back in Bulgaria for the fall holiday. In early December, Greg visited Joyce and Emi in London, and in late December we were all together again in Bulgaria for the end-year holidays.
